BigDelivery is an online food ordering company that collaborated with over 200 restaurants and allows EVERYONE to enjoy a vast variety of food! Ranging from cuisines from the west to your local delights.
Our delivery services are available from 8am to 10.30pm daily.
Minimum order requirement is the minimum amount you will be required to spend when placing an order with an outlet which is excluding the delivery charges & tax. There is a minimum order requirement of RM5.00 per outlet.

Step 3 – Minimum order at RM 5.00
Step 4 – Confirm order and make payment via credit card or cash.
Step 5 – Your meal is on the way!
You will receive notifications stating the orders that you have selected have been confirmed.
In the event that you have confirmed and submitted your orders, no cancellations are allowed.
Currently we only accept cash payment.
Delivery of your meals will take within 30 minutes to an hour.
Once our delivery crew arrives at your premise, we will give you a call. If there is no answer within 3 calls, orders are assumed to be cancelled. However upon your approval (please provide verification code to our delivery crew), we will leave the meals at the guardhouse or at your porch area.
We collect information from you when you register on our site, place an order, subscribe to our newsletter, respond to a survey or fill out a form.
When ordering or registering on our site, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your: name, e-mail address, mailing address, phone number, credit card information or social security number. You may, however, visit our site anonymously.
We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you place an order or enter, submit, or access your personal information. We offer the use of a secure server. All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our Payment gateway providers database only to be accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems, and are required to?keep the information confidential. After a transaction, your private information (credit cards, social security numbers, financials, etc.) will not be stored on our servers
